Whether speaking to a group of superintendents, a group of investors, tourism delegates, environmental groups or on a panel of industry professionals, I have always valued the opportunity to promote the growth of the game that we all love and to help others find ways to make golf a successful and responsible business endeavor. Occasionally, I have also contributed articles to magazines and other publications, and even to a few insightful books. Spreading helpful information and providing useful expertise to others is very much part of my professional cause and my responsibility as a practitioner.
